Marlin Tobias has a 25 year history of real estate management and development.  In the last 5 years, Mr. Tobias has been active in all facets of the business from conceptualization, rezoning and approvals, financing, tendering, monitoring of construction thru to implementing sales campaigns. 

He has created and implemented financing vehicles responsible for raising over $30 million, and participated in the successful development and sales of over 200 units of residential real estate representing almost $80 million dollars of product.

Now residing on site adjacent to the development he oversees the day to day development of the Coral View project.

Darien Tobias has been in the construction industry for the last eight years in Whistler, Canada. Working on world class luxury homes in all aspects of construction, from foundations to finishing. Now Taking after the family and getting involved in real estate speculation and development.

Contemporanea is a local design/build company, and construction is  managed by their in house, Architectural and Engineering team. They are currently building the new Royal Caribbean cruise ship terminal as well as several high end single family homes and 50 unit condo hotel. Contemporanea is a well respected group in Honduras.
